• Deepen your connection to yourself – your body and emotions
• Expand your understanding of how to channel anger into effective action
• Learn about the bioenergetic body/mind approach to working with anger
• Practice communicating assertively and clearly in a way people can hear
• For therapists: learn ways to help your clients access anger and express it in grounded and positive ways

The workshop will include both theory and experiential exercises. All levels welcome!
